My passion lies in helping others reach their best, most balanced selves — emotionally, mentally, and physically. I started Mindful Way Adventures to combine my love for the outdoors with my deep belief in the power of connection, mindfulness, and growth.
My approach is person-centered, meaning I meet each individual exactly where they are, without judgment or expectation. I use Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) to guide participants — both youth and adults — in developing practical skills like managing emotions, building resilience, strengthening relationships, and cultivating empathy. By weaving these principles together with mindfulness-based strategies and experiences in nature, I help individuals feel more grounded, confident, and capable in their everyday lives.
I hold degrees in Psychology and School Counseling, and have more than seven years of experience in social work, Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) programming, and at-risk youth education. Through Mindful Way Adventures, I’m proud to create safe, empowering spaces where people can rediscover themselves, connect deeply, and grow with purpose.

I’m a Certified Peer Specialist, who supports women in the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program, as they strengthening their self-awareness and emotional balance skills. Together, we explore tools that help reconnect with their own strengths and values. My work is rooted in the belief that healing grows from within, and that each person already holds the wisdom and resilience they need to move forward.
My own path has included times of searching for belonging, rebelling against limits, building a family, and experiencing grief in many forms. These experiences shape the empathy and authenticity I bring to my work. I’ve found that nature, art, and music are powerful teachers—guiding us to slow down, reflect, and rediscover who we are beneath life’s challenges.
I hold a degree in business and enjoyed many years working in Human Resources. After leaving the corporate world, I transitioned to work that matches my true passion, walking alongside others to support them on their journey. I’ve been providing peer support in Western Wisconsin for over 3 years now and couldn’t be happier in this role.
